Right to erasure under DPDP Act, 2023
Your Right: Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account.
What Happens When You Delete?
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All personal data will be removed from our systems
- Booking history will be deleted (except for tax records)
- You will no longer receive app notifications
- Payment history retained as required by law
Important: Active bookings will be cancelled. Pending payments must be settled. Unpaid invoices remain your responsibility. This action is irreversible.
Data Retention After Deletion
- Payment records: 6 years (per tax laws)
- Transaction data: For legal disputes
What happens next?
1 We receive your request (within 24 hours)
2 Verify your identity
3 Process deletion (within 48 hours)
4 Send confirmation email
