- Name: Collected during account setup for personalized service
- Email Address: Used for booking confirmations, receipts, and support
- Address: Required for service delivery and technician dispatch
Service Data
- Booking History: Service requests, appointments, and job details
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store card details)
- Service Preferences: Your selected service types and maintenance plans
Device & Usage Data
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version
- Location Data: Precise location for service booking and technician routing (with consent)
- Analytics: App performance metrics to improve user experience
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and deliver home services you request
- To process payments through Razorpay
- To send booking confirmations, receipts, and service updates
- To match you with available technicians in your area
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with:
- Service Technicians: Required information (name, address, service details) is shared with assigned technicians
- Razorpay: Payment processing — they are PCI-DSS compliant
- Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure storage in Firebase/Firestore with access controls
