Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: May 15, 2026
Our Commitment: We aim to provide quality service. If we're unable to deliver, we ensure timely refunds.
1. Cancellation Terms
- Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled service time
- Late Cancellation: Within 2 hours — 10% cancellation fee applies
- No-Show: If technician arrives and customer is unavailable — no refund
- How to Cancel: Via app or call our support number
2. Refund Eligibility
Full refund when:
- 1Technician no-show (after 30 min wait)
- 2Service cannot be completed due to technical reasons
- 3Duplicate payment or incorrect charge
- 4Cancellation with sufficient notice (as per terms)
Note: Refunds are NOT applicable for: change of mind after service completion, partial use of service, or customer not available at location.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Initiated: Within 24 hours of refund approval
- Processing: 5-7 business days (UPI/Card payments)
- Bank Transfer: Additional 2-3 days depending on bank
- Mode: Refund to original payment method
4. AMC Plan Refunds
- Annual plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for full refund
- After 7 days, pro-rata refund based on remaining months
- No refund for services already availed under the plan
- Admin fee of ₹100 may apply for processing
5. Product Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of installation if product is defective
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Installation removal charges may apply
- Product inspection required before refund approval
6. Dispute Resolution
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide booking ID, date, and issue description
- We will review and respond within 24 hours
- Escalate to consumer forum if unresolved (as per Consumer Protection Act)
