Important: By downloading and using the SafeCom Customer App, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SafeCom's mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SafeCom provides a platform connecting customers with verified service technicians for:
- CCTV camera sales and installation
- Computer and laptop repair services
- Home and office network setup
- Printer services
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans
- System upgrades and customization
3. User Accounts
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings are confirmed based on technician availability
- Service slots are subject to confirmation
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
- You will be notified of any changes via app notification or SMS
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Prices may vary based on service type, complexity, and location
- Final pricing is confirmed before payment processing
- GST is applicable as per government regulations
Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking
- Payment must be completed before service execution
- A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email
6. Service Warranty
- Installation services include 30-day workmanship warranty
- AMC plans include specified coverage as per contract
- Product warranty is as per manufacturer terms
- Warranty claims require valid booking and payment proof
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled time
- Cancellation within 2 hours may incur a small fee
- Rescheduling is free if done 4+ hours in advance
- No-show: Booking amount is non-refundable
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm any technician or staff
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
- Share your account credentials with others
9. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Technician actions outside our scope of control
- Data loss due to technical failures
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and technology in the SafeCom app are the intellectual property of SafeCom Services.
11. Termination
- You violate these terms
- You provide false information
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- You abuse our services or staff
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
